Job Descriptions

As an Associate in our Trusts and Estates Tax Services team, you will work closely with Managers and Directors to deliver comprehensive tax preparation, planning, and compliance services. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their tax needs are met with the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Tax Preparation : Prepare tax returns for individuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Financial Adjustments : Adjust financial statements to facilitate accurate tax return preparation.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to state, federal, and international tax laws.
• Tax Filings : Prepare and review tax filings for timely submission.
• Audit Support : Prepare responses for management review in support of external tax audits.
• Tax Research : Conduct thorough tax research to support planning and compliance efforts.
• Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trust administrators.
• Team Communication : Maintain active communication with senior associates to manage expectations, ensure client satisfaction, meet deadlines, and lead change initiatives.
• Professional Development : Attend regular training sessions and stay informed about tax changes and issues that could impact clients.
