A company is looking for a Bilingual Canadian French / English Consumer Engagement Specialist to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex consumer issues and advise representatives on high-level concerns
Negotiate and ensure timely follow-up and quality assurance for consumer satisfaction
Engage with consumers through calls, live chat, or email to address inquiries and assist with eCommerce transactions
Required Qualifications
Canadian French native speaker and proficient in English
2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role preferred
Experience with multiple tools and emerging technology, including Google Suite
Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment
High School Graduate or GED with the ability to type 40 wpm
