Hiring : Entry-Level Receptionist for our busy Sales Department

Pay : $16.50 / hr

Business Hours : Monday through Saturday 8-8, and Sundays 10 : 30 - 7

Schedule : Full Time - Weekends required

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers for parts / service invoices.
Run checks through check processing system for guarantee.
Responsible for daily cash reconciliation.
Perform general clerical duties. (Filing, creating folders, scanning etc.)

Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus.

Working knowledge of CDK a plus.

1 year of previous cashier experience is preferred.
