Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Long Island, VA. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting manufacturing and production teams. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Production Supervisor

Location : Long Island, VA

Pay Range : $55,000 to $64,000

Shift : 1st shift Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Implement manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Manage supply chain processes, including inventory control and material flow.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize production workflows.
