As a Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a dynamic hotel and resort location. In this access control position, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols throughout the property, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. You will also provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and assisting with any security-related concerns. Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour

Fri 05 : 45 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 05 : 45 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and control access points to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.
  • Provide customer service by assisting guests, visitors, and staff with inquiries and directions as needed.
  • Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to company and client procedures.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal or site management.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
