Join a physician-owned group in Phoenix, Arizona, providing high-quality inpatient medical care to obstetric and gynecological patients. We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist / Laborist to manage labor and delivery while providing exceptional patient care. Hospital based position.

Position Highlights :

Physician-Owned Group with a Collaborative Team Environment

Hospital based 6-7 shifts per month 24 hour shifts

Access to all hospital support staff including : Specialists, APPs, RNs and ancillary birthing services

Flexible schedule and shift structure to allow for consecutive days off

Vaginal Deliveries & Cesarean Sections

Postpartum & Newborn Care

Competitive Compensation & Incentives :

Base Salary $280k - $315k per year ($140 - $150 per hour w / ability to pick up additional shifts)

$25k Sign-On bonus
