Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) is working with a client in western Michigan who is seeking OB / GYN physicians to join their pool of physicians for call coverage. The call will cover the OB / GYN practice, deliveries, triage patients, c-sections, ER, and emergent GYN surgeries. The hospital averages 550 deliveries annually and features a Level 1 nursery and is organized with personnel and equipment to perform neonatal resuscitation, evaluate and provide post-natal care of healthy newborn infants, stabilize and provide care for infants born at 35 to 37 weeks gestation who remain physiologically stable, and stabilize newborn infants born at less than 35 weeks gestational age or ill until transfer to a facility that can provide the appropriate level of neonatal care.

The client requires a qualified candidate be Board Certified in OB / GYN, hold an active / unrestricted Michigan medical license, Michigan state CSR, Federal DEA and have current BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications. They will also consider new graduates!

MDA will provide travel and lodging arrangements along with malpractice insurance. We also compensate via direct deposit on a weekly basis.
