About The Position

• Assist surgeons across specialties including Ortho (Total Joints), GYN (C-sections), Urology, General, and Sports Medicine Spine.
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields, instruments, and equipment.
• Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Accurately document and follow OR protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays as required.
