Therapist (Licensed or Unlicensed) — Mental Health & Substance Use Treatment
Location : Bloomfield, IN
Schedule : Full-time | On-site
We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to join a mission-driven residential behavioral health program dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a supportive, structured environment and be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on sustainable healing and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual therapy , group therapy , and family sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in daily clinical team meetings and collaborate closely with case managers, medical staff, and peer support specialists.
- Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed.
- Support clients in identifying coping strategies, relapse prevention skills, and long-term recovery goals.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards aligned with state regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Education : Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field (or actively pursuing graduate degree and accruing hours toward licensure).Licensure : Open to licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or unlicensed clinicians working under supervision.Experience : Preferred background in substance use treatment, residential care, or mental health settings.Strong communication and documentation skills.Ability to work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.What We Offer
