What you will do

As the Process lead of Inventory you will support various inventory pools by helping coordinate equipment traveling to and from events, assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and document / improve processes.

• Create and execute the schedule based on customer needs, FIFO, priority with little guidance (ex : print requests, verify content, add to outbound requests)
• Review volume, bandwidth, and staffing to appropriately allocate labor towards each day's goals. Analyze and execute prioritization requests from multiple sources
• Help maintain inventory (Ex : bulk orders, cycle counts, purchasing / Coupa)
• Maintain and improve current documents related to process
• Collaborate and communicate across teams to maintain inventory (Ex : emails to sales, Field Inventory, in-house BU's- missing product, upcoming returns, replacement program)
• First line of defense for troubleshooting, including but not limited to; equipment quality and process issues (Ex : investigations into issues)
• Support onboarding / training of all employees and provide real time feedback with coworkers in appropriate manner
• Track / maintain all current metrics (including errors)
