We’re seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a key role in optimizing medication therapy for patients in an ambulatory care setting.
As part of a collaborative care team, you’ll help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care while making a meaningful impact across a culturally diverse community.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care and clinical medication management in an ambulatory care setting
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Evaluate and monitor drug therapy through clinical assessment and patient interaction
- Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and treatment plans
- Contribute to the advancement of pharmacy services and support quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school
- Licensed Pharmacist (State of Massachusetts)
- 2–4+ years of pharmacy practice experience ideal but not required (direct patient care preferred)
- Current BLS certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Board certification (BPS or CDCES) preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
