Description :

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Preconstruction Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in preconstruction for ground-up commercial and multi-family projects .

What You’ll Do :

Lead preconstruction activities for projects with budgets of $10M+
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and scopes of work
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals
Evaluate constructability, schedule, and material options to optimize project delivery
Support business development and client relationship efforts

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of preconstruction experience on ground-up commercial or multi-family projects

Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and construction planning

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively

Proven track record of supporting successful, profitable project delivery
