Position Summary
The Office / Production Manager will oversee daily workflow, provide strategic leadership, and coach a team of mortgage professionals toward excellence. This role requires someone with strong problem-solving ability, interpersonal savvy, and a deep commitment to building a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and follow-through. Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Salary is negotiable based on fit, skills, and experience.
Compensation : $70,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and support a high-performing operations and sales support team.
- Create and reinforce systems of accountability, ensuring clear expectations, consistent performance, and timely follow-up.
- Coach team members across roles to enhance skills, engagement, and client service.
- Maintain and improve systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and quality.
- Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and other staff to ensure smooth file flow and timely closings.
- Act as a liaison between departments, promoting communication, alignment, and ownership.
- Monitor KPIs and production metrics; proactively address performance gaps and implement solutions.
- Train new hires and support onboarding to ensure consistency in workflows, culture, and expectations.
Qualifications : Requirements
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role (mortgage or financial services experience a plus).Proven success in creating and sustaining a culture of accountability and team ownership.Strong coaching, training, and interpersonal development skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and LOS systems is a plus (e.g., Encompass, Salesforce, etc.).Deep understanding of operational and compliance standards in a regulated environment.Who You Are
