A company is looking for a Senior Manager, International Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee non-U.S. tax audits and coordinate with external tax advisors
Assist in reviewing tax planning, reporting, and compliance strategies
Manage global transfer pricing calculations and advise on transaction taxes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of international tax experience in relevant firms
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD / LLM, or similar certification required
Proficiency in technical tax, accounting, and systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with foreign local tax laws and regulations
