Senior Management Analyst

The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Management Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC. Will be subject to a background check prior to employment.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Leverages deep understanding of the client's mission to develop and refine operational plans and concepts of operations (CONOPS), optimizing the use of existing and planned systems to meet mission needs.
• Optimize the use of current and planned systems, ensuring alignment with mission needs and strategic goals.
• Actively participate in the system development lifecycle, including the development of system concepts, requirements, CONOPS, and training requirements.
• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement, reengineering, and modernization initiatives.
• Guide project teams, mentoring staff, and fostering knowledge transfer across the organization.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing data-driven analysis, forward-looking recommendations, and innovative solutions.
• Participates actively in the system development process, including the development of system concepts, system requirements, concepts of operations, and training requirements.
