Like a Grilled Chicken Wrap, the SONIC Front of House Team Member (Carhop) position is a savory plethora of food service responsibilities rolled into one. SONIC Drive-In is a food service mecca, and our Team Member is at the center.

If you're looking for weekend hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), this position is perfect for you!

Front of House Team Member (Carhop) Responsibilities include :

Interacting with customers during transactions.

Completing assigned cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Balancing tills (cash) at end of each shift.

Working with a "sense of urgency" to complete customer orders in a timely fashion.

Interact with guest in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

Handle guest complaints and find a resolution.

Roller blading / roller skating is encouraged but not required

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
