Contact Center Representative

We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience along with a strong background in banking, finance, or loan processing.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing up to 80 calls per day, addressing member inquiries, resolving complaints, processing financial transactions, and recommending relevant products and services. You will also be expected to meet monthly referral targets and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle 80+ calls per day, addressing and resolving inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and payments
  • Provide exceptional service by upselling and recommending appropriate financial products and services
  • Generate a minimum of 12 product or service referrals each month
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service issues
  • Support internal and external members with banking services and loan processing inquiries
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is required
  • Strong background in banking, finance, or loan processing is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls effectively
  • Experience in upselling or recommending products / services is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve efficiently
  • Familiarity with customer service and financial software / systems is a plus
  • Compensation & Benefits :
