Business Development Representative Restoration Industry
GPAC is partnering with a respected restoration company in Atlanta, GA, seeking an experienced Business Development Representative. This person will drive revenue through client acquisition and relationship management in both commercial and residential restoration.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in restoration markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
- Achieve or exceed sales and business development goals
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and communication
Qualifications :
Proven success in sales, marketing, account management, or business development within restoration (mitigation, roofing, fire / water, reconstruction, etc.)Excellent relationship-building and communication skillsMotivated, goal-driven, and organizedKnowledge of restoration processes and client needsAbility to thrive in a family-oriented, team-first cultureCompensation & Benefits :
