A company is looking for a Clinical Specialist - Behavioral Health (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage patients in services

Complete paperwork, referrals, and case notes accurately and timely

Facilitate linkages to internal and external services / resources and support at-risk patients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field; master's degree preferred

History of accuracy, volume processing, and meeting deadlines

Fluency in English; Spanish preferred

Willingness to become peer certified

Highly motivated and results-driven
