Requirements : What You’ll Do :

As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will :

• Design and Implement Curriculum : Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
• Foster Growth : Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.
• Collaborate and Learn : Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.

Current Opportunity : Our Oconto Falls Center, located at 650 E Jackson St., Oconto Falls, is currently seeking a Float Child Care Teacher for the hours of 8 : 45 AM to 5 : 45 PM
