Senior Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Specialist to manage complex claims and provide settlement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis of claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies

Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, negotiating settlements with involved parties

Document claim activity and coach or mentor lower-level adjusters

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level

Active adjuster's licenses in applicable states

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Computer experience with relevant claims and business software
