As the Human Resources Generalist at Better Business Bureau (BBB), you will play a hands-on role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace culture that supports the mission and operational goals of the organization. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources management, including staff development, recruitment, performance management, compliance, employee engagement and wellness. The HR generalist serves as a trusted partner to leadership, oversees HR systems and processes, and drives initiatives that enhance employee well-being, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support long-term talent planning.

You will normally work 37.5 hours per week in our hybrid work environment both from home and at the St. Louis BBB office.
