Director of Sales and Marketing - Senior Living

What You'll Do :

As our Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving occupancy levels and revenue growth in line with community goals. You'll be the face of the community, creating awareness through outreach, events, and relationship-building, while ensuring every prospective resident and family feels confident in their decision to join our community.

Key responsibilities include :

Achieve community occupancy and revenue goals by utilizing proven sales processes.

Market services and programs to prospective residents, families, and advisors, tailoring your approach to individual needs.

Convert leads to deposits and deposits to move-ins through effective relationship-building and follow-up.

Build and maintain strong referral networks with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, professionals, and community organizations.

Plan and implement events and activities to engage prospects and increase community visibility.

Partner with leadership to support resident retention through welcome programs, family engagement, and referrals.

Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive results.

Represent the community at external events, networking opportunities, and professional groups.

What We're Looking For :

5+ years of proven outside sales experience (senior living, hospitality, or healthcare sales preferred).

Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

Ability to travel locally for events, networking, and outreach.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

A motivated team player who is professional, upbeat, and thrives on achieving goals.
