Fast Water Heater, the biggest Water Heater company in the area is growing fast and has expanded our services to ELECTRICAL . With that expansion we need a LicensedJourneyman Electrician with proven experience as a Residential Electrician. Don't be left in the dark – apply today and let's electrify the world together!

What to Expect : As a Residential Electrician, you will be working with Plumbing & Water Heater Technicians in the field demonstrating competence in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. (See more of QUALIFICATIONS below)

Salary range

$38 to $58 / hr (DOE and Certifications) + BONUSES after training

Our positions are only located in these areas. We do not have offices in Canada or other parts of the US.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Electrical experience (1+ years)
  • California General Journeyman Electrician license [J or S] is a PLUS - C10 PREFERRED
  • Ability to lead teams is a plus
  • Strong customer service
  • Good Driving record (You must alsobe 25yrs of age with 2+ years of driving experience & an insurable record.)

Hourly Rate : $38-$58per hour DOE

CORE hours are M – F, 8 am – 4 pm with some overtime and occasional weekend work.

Duties / Qualifications :

  • Plan, design, install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential buildings, including wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and other electrical components, and sign permits
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, electrical codes, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify faults in wiring, circuits, and equipment to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Supervise and mentor electrical crews, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and coordinate electrical installations and repairs.
  • Safely use a variety of tools and equipment, such as power drills, wire cutters, multimeters, and conduit benders.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring that work is conducted in a safe manner and that appropriate protective measures are taken.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, electrical code changes, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Procure customer payment
  • Submit required documents, photos, etc either electronically or hard copy
  • Drive Company vehicle to Company assigned locations to obtain required parts and materials

    • Education & Certifications :

  • California General Electrician Certification (Required) - C10 PREFERRED
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in electrical work or relevant trade certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
