A thriving private emergency medicine group covering a single 250-bed community hospital right along the coast of California in Monterey is seeking a BE / BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join their emergency medicine team due to growing demand in the emergency room.

Work in a 5-Star CMS Hospital with full EPIC EMR integration in a 42-bed emergency department with a 12-bed observation unit.

The Position :

  • Level III Trauma Center
  • Full-Time : 12 - 15 Shifts per Month (each shift is 8 hours per day)
  • Average of 2 patients per hour during each shift
  • Partnership Track Available - Compensation Variable on which track is chosen
  • Proven earning potential over $500,000 at partner
  • Housing Assistance Available - the hospital has a unique housing assistance program to help offset the high cost of housing in the area
  • Benefits Covered : Health, CME, Malpractice, Long-Term Disability, and 401k (3 percent match)
