Arizona PE Licensed Mechanical Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Federal Engineering and Design Team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee complex mechanical design efforts for federal, healthcare, and institutional facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards

Serve as technical lead and project manager on major federal projects, managing scope, schedule, and budgets while coordinating multidisciplinary teams

Review, approve, and enhance engineering documents, maintaining adherence to VA standards and other federal regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering

PE license (required)

8+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in VA, DoD, or healthcare facilities

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC design software

Familiarity with VA design standards and federal project delivery processes
