Assess home situations to determine that our patients are in the best possible environment. Provide emotional support to our patients and their families. Provide First Aid and CPR when necessary. Active CPR certification is required (Online Companies Are Not Acceptable) Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) required Valid PPD skin test

Description
Advanced Care Partners specializes in providing exceptional care to children with complex medical needs through our prescribed pediatric extended care facilities (PPECs).
- CNAs schedule requirements : 7-4, 1 day a week opening at 6 : 30 AM, closing at 6 : 30 PM, and ONLY 1 Saturday per month.
- We are also off on the major holidays and every Sunday.
- For FT staff we offer PTO and benefits
