The Hybrid Role for High Performers : Pharmacy Technician / Account Manager
We’re looking for a proactive, problem-solving professional to join our Pharmacy Operations team as a Pharmacy Technician / Account Manager . This is a dynamic, hybrid position that expertly balances hands-on mail order pharmacy fulfillment with vital account management responsibilities. If you can maximize operational efficiency while providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues, you'll be the linchpin of our service.
What You'll Do :
- Service Champion : Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, providers, and high-volume accounts. Track order status, provide timely client updates, and quickly address escalations to prevent delays.
- Fulfillment & Compliance : Process, package, and ensure accurate labeling for prescriptions in line with state and federal regulations. Work with the team to meet all daily production and shipping targets.
- Operational Coordination : Monitor workflow, identify process improvements, and coordinate seamlessly with pharmacists, technicians, and shipping staff for smooth, efficient operations.
- Problem Solver : Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies, fulfillment challenges, and handle urgent requests while maintaining strict accuracy and compliance.
What You'll Need :
Licensure : Active pharmacy technician license / registration in the state of practice.Experience : 1-3 years of pharmacy technician experience is required, with a mail order or specialty pharmacy background preferred.Core Skills : Strong organizational skills, technical proficiency in pharmacy management software, and the proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
