Blue Ribbon Exteriors is growing, and we're seeking a seasoned Production Manager to help lead the way. If you have 5+ years of hands-on management experience across commercial and custom home projects, and you're ready to evolve into a Division Leader, we want to hear from you.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and is eager to leave their mark by building systems, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional projects. We especially encourage candidates with experience in production or custom home building to apply.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple job sites (commercial and custom residential).
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across all production activities.
• Collaborate with clients to maintain satisfaction and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach and manage field staff, ensuring timelines, budgets, and workmanship are on point.
• Work closely with ownership to shape the future of this division, from hiring to process optimization.
