Location : Bardonia, NY

Schedule : MondayFriday, day shifts (evenings and weekends as needed)

Duration : 13+ week contract-to-hire

Environment : Closed-Door LTC Pharmacy (600 Rx / day)

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead a long-term care pharmacy team in Bardonia, NY. This role offers the opportunity to oversee operations, drive efficiency, and support a collaborative, high-performing team.

About the Role :

You will manage daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance, quality, and patient safety. Key responsibilities include :

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
• Oversee medication ordering, dispensing, and administration, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs, track key metrics, and improve pharmacy efficiency
• Manage the pharmacy budget, implement technology and automation, and collaborate with other healthcare departments
