Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative win-back strategies and campaigns to re-engage former members
Conduct in-depth analysis of cancellation reasons and lifecycle patterns to identify opportunities for win-back efforts
Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel win-back campaigns, while monitoring key metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in customer retention or related roles
Proven experience in developing and executing successful win-back campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
