Operations Recruiter
As an Operations Recruiter, you will manage the full cycle recruiting process across all company locations. You will devise and execute an effective system for evaluating and hiring, closing a high volume of crucial roles to meet our ambitious hiring goals as we continue to grow. You will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to develop our talent strategy, establish best practices, and operate autonomously to meet hiring targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for hourly hiring in warehouse and transportation positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to maintain organized records of applicant status and provide guidance on job descriptions and posting locations.
- Prescreen candidates, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
- Serve as a point person for the recruitment team.
- Utilize strong knowledge of recruiting avenues for active and passive candidate recruiting, including cold calling, job site awareness, and networking with colleges and job fairs.
- Post job openings on online job boards, newspaper advertisements, professional organizations, and other appropriate venues.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and the positions available.
- Manage and respond promptly to daily recruitment occurrences.
Essential Skills
35 years of hands-on recruiting experience.Proven success in recruiting for operational roles such as warehouse and maintenance.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.Experience managing a high-volume workload of 25-30 requisitions simultaneously.Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.Experience using Kronos as the ATS, with a transition to Breezy planned.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related business studies.Minimum of two years' experience in mass hiring and / or Corporate / Agency recruiting.Experience in recruiting for Retail / Transportation / Warehouse sectors is preferred.Experience in a fast-paced Human Resources environment is preferred.Excellent interviewing and active listening skills.Strong knowledge of recruiting websites, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and creative sourcing techniques.Ability to communicate effectively with executives and employees at all organizational levels.Capacity to prioritize work and address time-sensitive matters.Working knowledge of employment laws and industry knowledge related to assigned departments.Critical thinking skills.Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting and operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is 100% onsite.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
