Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with our existing clients.
  • Attract new clients and incorporate them into our growing portfolio.
  • Oversee team activities and monitor performance outcomes.
  • Provide training and develop new team members on our existing frameworks.
  • Conduct daily reporting of field activity through our Salesforce CRM.
  • Focus on client management and growth, alongside training and leadership development.

  • Strong interpersonal and communicative abilities.
  • Outstanding time management skills and the proven ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory aptitude.

  • A genuine passion for assisting others and nurturing relationships.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Self-driven with a goal-oriented perspective.

  • Familiarity with CRMs, with a preference for Salesforce.
