Position Summary

• Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
• Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating / revising the plan of care.
• Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development.
• Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice.
• Participates in Service Excellence Program.
