Key Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate leave of absence requests and workplace accommodations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Facilitate the ADA interactive process and document reasonable accommodations
Maintain accurate records of all leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance and updating policies as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in leave of absence case management, particularly in a multi-state environment
Thorough understanding of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
Proven experience managing the ADA interactive process
Proficient in using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
