ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE?
The Designated Litigation Manager acts as the pool client representative, oversees the pool's liability program, ensures the application of management principles to the litigation process, and to Sedgwick pools\' use of outside counsel. The role is responsible for strategy, planning, controlling, organizing, implementing, oversight, and monitoring in the context of legal services and related costs.

Position Approval : Appointment to position of Litigation Manager pursuant to the Pool's governing documents.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited college or university required. Current license(s) to practice law in the pool's jurisdiction or jurisdiction(s).
Experience
Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 annual salary. Bonus eligible role. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits
