Duties :

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
• Upsell products to increase sales and meet sales targets
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to be a team player and have fun

Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills

We're looking for people who are able to work early mornings (4 : 00 am - noon); midday (9 : 00 - 4 : 00) or evenings (3 : 00 - 9 : 00). Hours have some flexibility. Weekends and holidays may be required. Opportunities for career growth for those who are interested.

Credentials Needed

No Experience Needed : Customer service : 1 year (Preferred)

Education : High school or equivalent, Asst. Mgr : 2 years supervisory experience (Preferred )

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Expected hours : 20 – 40 per week

Salary : $15.00 - $16.00
