Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Cardiac Unit

Up to a $20k sign-on bonus available for select med surg RN night shift positions!!!

Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is hiring an Experienced RN to work full time on their Surgical Cardiac Unit!

• Shift details : 6 : 45 pm to 7 : 15 am, weekends and holidays required, flexible scheduling!
• In this role you will provide care to cardiology and post op cardiothoracic surgery patients!
• Saint Luke's Hospital is a level I trauma center and Magnet designated facility!
• Eligible for tuition reimbursement on any current or future education!

Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
