Pharmacy Technician Lead – Murfreesboro, TN 37130 (#R10151)

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB CPhT or NHA ExCPT).

Leadership experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or production.

Knowledge of federal pharmacy regulations and automation systems a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily pharmacy operations and staff.

Optimize workflow and coordinate resources across teams.

Set priorities, plan schedules, and recommend staffing adjustments.

Support onboarding and training for Pharmacy Technicians.

Evaluate staff performance and drive continuous improvement.
