Position Overview

Role :  Clinical Director – Internal Medicine

Location :  Phoenix, Arizona

Setting :  Outpatient Primary Care clinics

Schedule :  Monday–Friday (4 days administrative, 1 day clinical)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical leadership across Internal Medicine and Family Medicine departments
• Lead policy development, staff supervision, and provider recruitment
• Drive Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) implementation and optimize EMR utilization
• Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance care quality and operational efficiency
