Procurement Analyst
Supports Procurement Consultants, Procurement Specialists, and Category Managers in the execution of sourcing and contracting initiatives. Supports analytical work including but not limited to : spend analytics, market complexity, data collection, performance metrics, risk considerations, pricing, total cost of ownership, demand planning, and reporting. Assists with sourcing strategy development, decision making, and contract negotiations. May lead or direct less complex sourcing activities.
Experience with construction contracting, estimating, or project management preferred :
Contracting Duties :
- Manage portfolio of previously negotiate utility construction contracts. Negotiate new contracts as needed including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Prepare and execute related and ongoing contract amendments, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to gather data related to construction markets, specifically pricing, and negotiate rates based on that data.
- Provide administrative support for contract-related activities, including audit remediation, dispute resolution, and supplier support.
Sourcing Duties :
Collaborate with project teams to understand sourcing needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.Support all aspects of business partner requests for proposals (RFPs) for utility construction projects.Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, and terms to provide recommendations for contract awards.General Duties :
Conducts market research and analyzes performance metrics to support strategy and decisions regarding suppliers and markets.Conducts research and analysis on spend and prior contracts to assist with contract negotiation.Develop and utilize various models (e.g., pricing, total cost ownership).Builds and maintains reports to streamline analysis.Supports bid analysis, as needed.Communicates findings and recommendations of research and analysis to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations (SCPFO) and business partners.Collaborates, as needed, with the Supply Chain center of excellence (COE), the Service Center, and business partners on projects and other initiatives to address recurring issues, improve efficiency, and improve satisfaction.What We're Looking For :
Education : Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or other related field; Or 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience : In addition to any experience required above, 3 years of relevant customer service and / or procurement experience required.
Other Must Haves :

What You'll Get : Expected Salary Range : $80,000.00-$82,000.00 (USD) Compensation Grade : SP20-006 Compensation Range : $72,380.00-90,474.50 USD
