Schedule Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM; on-call required for overnights and weekends. Job Description The Level 3 RN in the Endoscopy / Gastrointestinal department is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. This role includes patient assessment, medication administration, and assisting physicians during procedures. Responsibilities Answer patient questions and address concerns. Monitor and observe patient vital signs. Administer sedation to patients prior to procedures. Care for patients post-procedure, ensuring safe recovery. Document patient notes and discharge information accurately. Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures. Perform cleaning and sterilization of medical equipment. Assist physicians throughout the endoscopic procedures. Administer IV drips and other necessary medications. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current New York State RN License. BLS Certification (American Heart Association only). Minimum 2 years of previous Endoscopy / Gastrointestinal experience. Telemetry experience is required. Why ARMStaffing?
