Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of global salary structures
Conduct market research and analyze data to make pay program recommendations
Support annual rewards planning and lead special projects including M&A support
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree; 6 years of relevant experience (4 years with a Master's)
At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in HR, compensation, finance, or consulting
Thorough understanding of FLSA and wage compliance regulations
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
