Wednesday, Thursday 11p-7a and Friday, Saturday 7p-7a
Tuesday, Thursday 7a-3p and Friday, Saturday 7a-7p (BT II)
Responsibilities
Your Role in Our Mission
The Behavior Technician I or II will help lead daily programs and group activities designed to promote growth, engagement, and skill development. You will provide rehabilitative interventions and implement therapeutic strategies to help youth achieve their goals, while also assisting with personal care as needed to ensure safety and dignity. Collaboration is key! You will work closely with primary care providers, community crisis resources, and families to deliver consistent, compassionate, and coordinated care. You will also provide education, guidance, and a judgment-free, supportive environment where every voice is heard. As needed, you may support our Adult Transitional Home located nearby. Additionally, you will maintain daily documentation and reporting in our electronic health system of record.
