Mold Set Up Technician

Days : M-F

Hours : 7a-3p during training

• Any shift will first train on 1st Shift 7a-3p for approximately 6-9 months (or could take less time if they pick up on it quicker). Need a little flexibility on schedule
• 1 will be 1st Shift and 1 will move to probably swing shift eventually after training probably 2nd shift 3 : 20p-11 : 40p

Pay Rate : $18-$22

Job Description :

The Mold Set-Up Technician is responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining injection molds in molding machines to support efficient and timely production. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong understanding of mold setup procedures to ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.
