Position Summary : The Property Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs on rental properties, both common areas and within units. Duties include, but are not limited to :

Primary Essential Responsibilities :

• Provides general maintenance and repair for the community.

Landscaping including Grub / Pest Control, Removing and Pruning trees, Moving Equipment and Hauling Equipment, Irrigation System Troubleshooting
