Job Description :
The Electrical Tech Support Engineer will provide in-house and on-site customer service, training, and support on all medical, hospital and surgical equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibilities include supporting Customers and Dealer Network by way of providing training, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Specifically :
Support Dealer Network and Customers by helping them to diagnose problems and offer options for resolution.Communicate and coordinate repair activities / training with Suppliers.Prepare and maintain accurate service records / transactions of work performed.Represent the company in a service role and take responsibility for customer satisfaction. Increase customers’ loyalty by professionally communicating with them.Respond to customers’ requests promptly and provide solutions within the entitled response time.Support the Sales Team with Product Training.Assist Sales Team with service and training of equipment to Customers and Dealer Network in-house or at customer sites.Required skills :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering.At least two years’ experience as a service / support person resolving issues.Excellent technical troubleshooting / repair skills for medical equipment.Strong customer services skills including strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.Self-motivated. Must have ability to work independently.Willing to travel overseas.Bilingual English / Spanish (Mandatory).Must reside in South Florida.
