Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Generative AI technologies

Manage training schedules, track metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs

Create user-friendly documentation and e-learning modules for GenAI tools and projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field; or relevant work experience

2 years of experience working with LLM operations

Minimum of 3 years experience in technical training or adult education

Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and project data types

Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
