Key Responsibilities
Communicate clearly with customers to troubleshoot issues and maintain positive interactions
Track and follow up on inquiries and escalations
Build collaborative relationships with internal partners and oversee the application process
Required Qualifications
A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn new programs
Strong project and time management skills
Ability to retain and build on program knowledge and insights
Experience in customer service or customer escalations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
