About this Social Worker Job :

NEW Health is seeking a full-time, independently licensed clinician for our integrated Behavioral Health outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community health, motivated, independent, and experienced in providing psychotherapy.
We value clinicians who are enthusiastic about being part of a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team.
This role requires knowledge of diagnostics and assessment, understanding socio-political stressors' impact on patient experiences, proficiency in various treatment modalities, and experience working within a medical system.

Qualifications :

Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required; LMHC will also be considered.

Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required; a Master's in Mental Health will also be considered.

Experience in outpatient settings within a multidisciplinary team.

Spanish language skills are a plus.

3+ years of post-licensure experience preferred.

Experience working with adults and / or children and adolescents.

Experience navigating systems and advocating for patients is a plus.
